Yes. Her exact words. That is, “democracy” in Iran is conditional upon “moderate” members of the republican Mafia being able to accommodate their bosses in the West!

Apparently, they and their “hard-line” friends (meaningless labels courtesy of the above mentioned bosses and their media) were authorized to destroy the Iranian government and hold Iran hostage for nearly 3 decades for some other purpose!
